I really enjoy your style of painting, which in many ways is quite unique. In these minis you have posted on this thread you see that technique expressed in it's purest form on the horses. It is there on the figures, but now more subdued.

Looking forward to future additions!  :-*

Really like their colourful attire.

I do with a passion. They are just stupidly big surfaces.

I love painting horses. I hate painting all the tack though - so damned fiddly!
I hate painting muskets and rifles too. Again, so fiddly.
The funny thing is, I love painting other fiddly things like faces and heraldry.
Strange isn’t it, what we enjoy and do not enjoy about painting miniatures :)

Thank you very much, you are so Kind, Ray. I like especially the "quite uniqe" part   ;)

Future additions are on the way!

Really like their colourful attire.

Well, my idea was to use some unusual combinations of Colours which might not fit properly together, when you first think about it. Especially when you're used to paint uniforms most of the time.
I'm really pleased how everything turned out. It's a wild colourful bunch and I love them. :)

Well, some Things are more fiddly than others  lol

(Mmh, sounds like the title of a Smiths Song)

Totally agree.

A pet peeve of mine is that manufacturers offer so few variants of poses for horses. For example, a standing horse will bob it's head, look to either side, stamp its feet and swish its tail. They are living, wonderful creatures... not robots.

Looking forward to more pics!  ;D

Finally I got around to finish off the bases of these three elements today. Now are the 12 elements you need for a game finished. Although there is still something to do. I need to paint the miniatures for a camp und want to do some optional elements I then can swap with the Psiloi.

Turcomans (LH)

Bedouin (LH)

Kurds (Knights - Kn)
