Goodbye, me droogs
« on: October 28, 2020, 01:48:02 AM »
Was horribly injured in a tennis tournament, surgery set for thursday morning.

Doubtful I survive it, and even if, Im basically fin.

NEVER had any medical procedure whatsoever (even stitched up my own face after a Wahoo bit it clean through, 'cause im so scared of doctors)

sgt Guiness WILL get his hilltop mission build (my Mary will see to it).

So, if im not here, its because im dead.

Thank you, me droogs.  And Plynkes, you are THE MAN!  :)

Hopefully your issues will be resolved in a routine surgery (possibly a bit of therapy) and you will be back painting and gaming soon.

Holy [email protected], Smokey, WTF???  Please G-d you will survive, fully recover, and thrive.  I'm hoping our mutual friend Sgt. Guinness has to wait longer to get that toy he wants, so he can get the version you make for him yourself.  Hoping it's not your goodbye, and wishing you all the best!

Smokey, you WILL survive. I will personally see to it my brother. I will drive up there, threaten the Dr with my M1911 GI Issue 45 cal ala A Bridge Too Far and ensure your survival brother. I’ve had surgeries, procedures, so many broken bones I can’t even count them all, over 100 stitches, been shot, stabbed, wrecked numerous vehicles, and crashed 3 motorcycles. YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS! I’m calling Mary and telling her to put her foot, in your [email protected]$, for me.

Be well, good luck, prayers your way.

Despair not. I had surgery Monday, and I'm back at work already.

So how went the surgery?  I had a minor one myself this morning.  Hope you are on the mend.

Hopefully this is merely a bit of exaggeration on Smokey's part.  I always expected the gator's would get him while playing disk golf as opposed to a tennis injury.
