Swedish Astrid from Hot & Dangerous season 2 painted up
« on: November 20, 2020, 01:36:22 PM »
Hot & Dangerous season 2 “Astrid” from the Swedish 18th century infantry during the Great Norther War painted up. I had a bit of a struggle with the yellow color since none of the yellow paints I had gave a good cover. Had to airbrush the basecoat yellow and then paint way too many layers of yellow to get somewhere near the end result I wanted.

I never met a yellow yet that did. :)

Don't know what Hot and Dangerous is but that's a nice figure and you've done a great job.

Citadel Yruel Yellow "Layer paint" actually worked amazingly well. THe problem is my pot is pretty much dried up and I have to whip around inside with a wet brush to get some paint out of it. The Army Painter and  Vallejo Game Color paints I have are rubbish in comparison  :(
