I tried finding this and got as far as here,

I emailed them and got this reply,

"Hi Dayfydd,
The range was given back to the sculptor and we have no contact with him.
 
Bob"

And he didn't even get my name right! :'( lol

I emailed them back asking who the sculptor was and they haven't replied yet.

Model Earth Design is a range/business sculpted by Simon Harris. No idea if that'll help but it gives you a name.
