It's no good.  I tried to hold out, but I can't hold it in any longer... "That's rubbery!" [in cod Japanese accent]  lol

Excellent work as always, Osmoses!   ;)

Ah yes, I think I recognise that phrase: '1/35th Model Kit. Does not include paint or glue' if I'm not mistaken?

 lol lol lol

Some pics of the terrain with figure bases added, arranged for optimal integration of the bases :) I don't like labels on bases normally, but it's likely some kind of coloured dots system on the base edge will ultimately be necessary to identify them for most games.

Very cool looking, you are almost into the territory of redefining micro miniature gaming in some way.  Obviously the 3 mm figures are so small and cheap you could look at producing the same figures on a multiple of different bases.  So as a unit moves from woods into clear you simply replace the entire base and again as they enter a built up area.  Ditto for units dug in.  The terrain effect is then built into the base for the platoon.

Yes, you could do it like that. I did separate urban bases for my 6mm WW2 for Rommel, to replace units in BUA. At the moment I'm using scatter terrain to integrate the bases a bit more. So, in the above photo, maybe only the large woods, village and one of the plantations is 'real' terrain, and the rest is for scenic effect and can be moved around. Obviously that kind of thing is easier in a division level type game than a smaller one. And is easier with a grid-based game like Rommel.
