British Camo/Painting of tank, vehicles and guns in Italy
« on: November 30, 2020, 12:10:58 PM »
Hello gentlemen,

Did the the British sitll use dessert yellow/ sand colours etc. in Italy? Or did they change the painting of their stuff during the campaign in Italy. Some picture of guns and the gun crew in South Italy looked like in Northafrika.

Best Regards

Yes they did, but a lot of (but by no means all) units repainted them in OD from the middle of 1944 onward.
