Looking really good Mason! You'll have to gather them all together for a family shot on some scenic elements. ;)

I will do, when I get a chance, although waiting until I reach the halfway point with the basic Squads may give me a shove to reach that point. Only one more eight-man unit to go, after all.
 ;)

And, now that the conversions for that squad are done, I can chuck paint at them.
 :)

So, three minor conversions for the third Tactical Squad, including the Heavy Bolter*....

....mainly just a matter of adding a couple of extra armour plates and bulking out the shoulder pads, although the Heavy needed his pads expanding quite considerably as he looked a little weird with his new 'Skull Helm' lifting his stance slightly.

*I have multiples of all three of these figures, so they needed a small amount of conversion to make them into individuals.

Cheers, mate.
 :)

Speaking of progress, here is a bit more...

Another Tactical Squad has been attacked with a brush...

This brings the total up to five squads and three characters so far, meaning that the basic infantry squads are halfway there.
Here are the rest of them...

The characters...

(Still cannot seem to take a decent picture of the white power armour...).

And finally, a group shot of the progress so far....

I reckon it is time to allow myself a bit of a distraction in the shape of a vehicle or maybe a dread next.
 :D

You definitely need to do one of the RT Dreads to go with those guys! Or a Land Speeder maybe?

Thanks, chaps.
Much appreciated.

I have two (maybe three) Dreads in the pipeline (pg.5 has some shots of the WIP of the first), along with a land speeder and a few other vehicles.

I think that I had better finish off that Dread so I can assault it with paint next.

Four more recruits for the Company....

No conversions this time, just straight-up 80's goodness.

I am adding these to the 1st Squad, the Veterans of the Company, who I see as usually being added to other Squads to bolster their effectiveness or operating independently, using their own initiative, as in the case of the sniper with the Needle Gun for example.

A start has been made on the first Dreadnought, with a brush being poked at the build so far...

Time to get on with making the 'arms' and a slight adjustment to the exhaust before attaching it.
