Hello lads,
I placed an order with Crooked Dice over the summer and received it in good time aroundabouts the end of July. I did not go through every pack at the time as I did not want to distract myself from the project I was at the time engaged with (I am sure we are all familiar with the new shinies syndrome :-)).
Well I did so a few weeks back and discovered there was one less pack of miniatures than ordered (2 of their lovely ants instead of 3). So I wrote to them, they replied on the same day and a few weeks later I received not one but two packs of said ants in the post.
I felt obligated to post this experience of mine with them as good customer service/deeds deserve to be highlighted.
