Avatar size
« on: August 23, 2009, 10:01:49 AM »
I have noticed in recent days that at times some, but not all, avatars seem to randomly resize to approx 1/4 their normal size.  It can be either my own avatar as 'User' or avatars on the various message posts.  It doesnt resize all on a page, just some. It appears to be random.

It happens at home and work so doesnt seem to be PC specific.  I dont recall it happening before.  Not really a problem, just an observation.

A browser-related thing I wonder? Is there a particular browser program that is for some reason getting tripped up by the LAF's programming? Hasn't happened for me at all (using some version of I.E. or other).

I dont think so. I'm using IE (not sure of version) both at home and work.  In the past it never happened with exactly the same set-up.  Now its seems to be happening with even greater frequency.  Most odd  o_o

EDIT: As I post this all the avatars, even my previous post, are tiny except for the one on this message which is normal size.  :?

EDIT 2: They are all back to normal size now.  ::)

Lads, I had some problems with a forum update (see the Missing Avatar thread). I've uninstalled this update and hope the "tiny avatar" problem is gone too. Let me know if not.

I've still yet to see this odd phenomenon. Are you sure you lot haven't been drinking?
