A while ago, I took up the fifteen minute painting challenge as described by Sidney Roundwood. Basically, you spend 15 minutes a day painting and it is surprising how much you can get done even in such a small amount of time. I agree. In fact, sometimes I think I will just piddle around for a few minutes and before you know it 20 minutes has passed and I got something done.

I make a practice of doing something wargames related every day, even if it is just adding tufts or filing down flash. It's amazing how much you can get done.

Yes the first part of completing anything is taking the first step. !5min a day is 1hr 45 min a week. You can get a good deal done in that amount of time
