Very nearly done.  Just the very fiddly bits to go like lamps...

Interesting piece of kit (even if unworkable).

I continue to be astonished by the techno-wizardry.

Are these a personal project, or are they going to a customer?

Its curious that they overcame the issue of a lack of turret space by sticking the crew hatches on the side of the vehicles instead of on top. The Luchs had to deal with this. On a recce vehicle the armour's already typically questionable - so the side mounted hatches may not be as much of an issue.

Printed ok, few issues but nothing major.  I printed the hull in one with the tracks but this has caused issues in a few areas.  I'll lop the tracks off and print them separately.

I'm also unsure about scale as it looks quite large and my dimensions are a bit suspect.  That said the hatches are about right

Both those vehicles did see action.

Several Panzer I Ausf F went to Armoured Police Units after initial combat testing. 1st and 12th Panzer had some too.

Pretty.much the same for the Panzer II Ausf J. Service at Kursk in 43 and then stayed on and some in police units.

Heavy tracked recce was just a dead end development in 1943 really. More use deployed in police actions and anti-partisan duties.

Thanks

Looks like my scale is slightly off, possibly by about 5%-8%.  Will sort for the reprint

And what will you do with the first print? Destroy it to ensure rarity? ;)

It joins the rest of the resin cast offs in a box.
