I had them as well.  My “Hoods” were in green and the Sherrif’s men were in silver.  Later on Airfix made most of thier figures in that horrible cream colour….

Yes! Although the artwork on the box I had was different I think (?)

The figures in the Sheriff's box were quite correct for the early HYW (which would suit better Thierry la Fronde than Robin Hood, BTW).

Mine were yellow and the sherrif's men were in silver (mid 1970's Blue box indeed)  ;)

As I often told the public in medieval re-enactments (in the role of a bad-humoured squire):
"They say that Robin des Bois (Robin Hood) was stealing from the rich. I find more practical to steal from the poor. They have not much money, but there is many of them, and they are less able to defend themselves."
