I had great fun this morning playing remotely with some friends from the UK. Old School lead with new terrain: Orcs, Chaos, Vikings and Adventurers, each vying to grab a secret weapon. The Forces of Darkness prevailed.

Very nice! With one of your rulesets I presume?
I’m interested in your road terrain. Did you make it? Is it sparkle/filler and cloth?

Squeeze out length of brown silicon caulk onto wax paper. Add sand while wet. Dry and peel off. Drybrush if you want. No need for cloth

Bigger Battles has been out for quite some time. The smaller scale Fistful of Lead Fantasy books will be out first quarter of next year.

This is what I use and it works fine. If you are too liberal with any water when flattening it out it tends to form undulations but other than that it works fine.

Water? I don’t use water. Pair of latex gloves to smear out to size.
