One of three games run at this month's, first meeting of the DWG included our first game of Bolt Action as a force of Americans tussled for control with a similarly sized German force set during the Falaise retreat in Normandy.

I finally tracked down an answer for you. Apparently it’s an old original Warlord Resin creation, but not really sure if it’s still available.
