From the left, Keyboardist Bubbles Blowton, tambourine & vocals Shelly LaMarine, Drummer Jabberjaw, Lead Guitar Biff Starke, and Cleveland 'Clam-Head' Rogers on the anchor bass.  As JabberJaw occurs in a future where people live in underwater cities, Cleveland is heavily implied to be a descendent of Shaggy Rogers from Scooby Doo.

It's basically Scooby Doo with a shark instead of a dog.

Try Hasslefree... http://www.hfminis.co.uk/shop?category=modern-%26%0D%0Apost%252dapoc~modern-non%252dcoms-%2F-civilians

Obviously you'd have to sort out musical instruments but they would be a good starter for ten :) .

For the shark, a Chibi manufacturer would be the best port of call... something like Impact miniatures?

Hey now, it could also be Josie and the Pusscats with a shark instead of a cat.  They were at least a band instead of a bunch of meddling kids and their darned mutt.  :)

How about Hydra's Solar Studios stuff?  The clothes on some of them seem like good matches, and you could probably convert some of them to have scratchbuilt musical instruments.

Reaper has quite a few shark person figs, although none are as cartoony as Jabberjaw is and all would need some conversion work.  They'll all come up if you search "shark" on their page.  Might do better seeing if there's a toy out there somewhere to suit - maybe something from the Finding Nemo flick or similar, or maybe a "naturalist" animal toy for greater realism?

I knew where there were Scooby Doo miniatures... and I never watched Josie and the Pussycats...

Eh, they're all pretty interchangeable, honestly.  Josie and the Pussycats is maybe noteworthy for going from a globetrotting musical group cartoon in one season to a musical group lost in space cartoon in the next - and for making young boys have funny thoughts about catgirls decades before anime really got big here in the US.

Better than Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels, which was Scooby Doo with a Neanderthal superhero instead of a dog - or Speed Buggy, swapped in a sentient dune buggy - or Funky Phantom, with a American Revolutionary War ghost and ghost cat to go with the kid and dogs - or Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids, which was a musical group with a dog named Elvis - or goober and the Ghost Chasers, with tabloid reporter kids and an occasionally invisible 4th wall breaking dog - or Clue Club, with two dogs that only spoke to one another - or Buford and the Galloping Ghost, which...oh the hell with it, I could go on about these stupid things for days.  Hanna-Barbera went back to that well at every opportunity back in my youth.  Jabberjaw isn't even a particularly weird example of the fool things, premise-wise.

And with most of them showing up in Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, they're all in the same connected universe.

Yeah Hanna-Barbera very much burnt out the "Teenagers + weird thing deal with mysteries"

And yet, the basic Scooby Doo IP remains pretty popular over multiple generations, has been in production in one form or another for close to half a century, and has even had modern series that are arguably pretty good spins on the concept.  There's apparently something about the formula that just works for a lot of people.  Not surprising that H-B kept going back to the well trying to recreate their early success with the show.

Of course, it would have been nice if some of effort invested had been redirected to another few seasons of Jonny Quest instead, but given the remake attempts at that over the years maybe it's for the best that didn't happen.
