Cheese on Toast

We got in a second game of Muskets & Tomahawks II over Zoom yesterday.  It was a more fiddly affair than I had anticipated, so we ran out of playing time, but managed to get a result.  In our last game, the newly-arrived but well-connected Lt Wensleydale managed to get his uniform ruined AND was captured by the Huron.  In this game, a diversionary attack by a ranging company drew the Huron warriors away from their village while Ensign Gloucester rushed in to attempt a rescue.  Huron warriors returned every time the deck was reshuffled, but it wasn't enough to stop the redcoats breaking into Wensleydale's hut and dragging him back to the fort - hotly pursued by the enemy and losing several troopers en route.

Fantastic looking outing. Glad to see Wensleydale get away with his hair on. :D

Great looking game, sounds like fun! A noble sacrifice made by some of those troopers.

Hi, very nice. Are the Indian lodges commercially available? If so who is the supplier?

 Thanks.

Thank you.  I picked up the houses ready painted at Hammerhead last year on the market tables...which kind of kick started this whole project. I believe that they may be Village Green resins; OOP I think.

Thats a very nice looking setup you have there.  Is the mat home made or is it a commercial one?

Thank you.  It’s a home made mat: white fleece fabric with various sections of painting, distressing and detailing.

Thanks,  I've been trying to make one using a brown base and adding snow. I'm starting to think your method may be a better approach  lol

It looks good! What are those clothesline-like things? Are they for drying fish?
