Did a little more earlier this evening. I'll finish it tomorrow.
Then that'll be Vimes ,Carrot, Fred, Nobby, and the Librarian done. I was contemplating making a Rincewind next unless anyone's got a better idea?

Fred looks excellent - it was him whose torso was described as fitted into his muscled breastplate like a jelly into a mould  wasn't it?

Looking forward to Rincewind - don't forget that in Frostgrave you generally have two magic users, a wizard and his apprentice.

Here you go .
Still a fair bit too do.Which will be a while as its not cured enough to add too or tweak.

I'm definitely stumped as to who to add.( other than the luggage.) I've mentioned a few idea's but nothing else seems to fit for the initial warband .
As of now I've the four original Watch plus the Librarian, and Rincewind .
Any thoughts on who'd fit in without throwing the theme with random characters.( I think it's pretty clear I'm all in so they 'll be more than just the figures I need one warband once I'm done. Probably a troll or two as well.)

How about Twoflower?  He was the Disc's first tourist and the owner of the Luggage. The Colour of Magic and the Light Fantastic are about Twoflower and Rincewind's adventures together. So Rincewind would be your Wizard and Twoflower his apprentice (although this in no way follows the Discworld story).

Alternatively you could do the Archchacellor, Dean, Bursar, Head of Post Mortem Communications, Lecturer in Recent Runes, or the Chair of Indefinite Studies, Windle Poons (in his wheeled chair) or Ponder Stibbons (in his duffle coat) - then Rincewind would be the Apprentice.

I'm definitely open to idea's . Definitely not to open toe sandals. Its one of those Kirby gaffs that seems to keep going and going.

Funny enough, I'm re-reading 'Men at Arms' right now and there's a bit in it where Vimes is supposed to be getting changed into his posh clothes ready for a dinner party with Sybil Ramkin's aristocratic friends and he mentions that he wears sandals in summer and boots in winter. There we go!
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

Cheers Paul,
You've reminded me just how much I need to go back and read it again .
Although I gave up trying to move stuff from the shed out of my workshop I got halfway through then figured it was easy just Amazon another copy. Than be stood at -1c° trying to fit it all back in. lol
Whilst trawling through this mornings home schooling :? I managed a quick musing on Sybil in her Sunshine Home attire still needs something.( didn't quite get the right angle on the face in the photos So I know it's not the face thats perplexing me) other than the obvious swamp dragon and boot fixes.

Here we go a little further on.As I've claimed a little time to myself . As I popped out for the 'jab ' at half one.

I figured out what was bugging me . It was the left arm it was. Nearly 2mm too low.( armature wise) so it needed lopping off and re working.
Admittedly I forgot to mention the additional dragon's in the pockets and hood. Where always part of the plan.
Sort of 'foster mother of dragons' if you like.
