Hi Mike, could I ask: does the Geek Villain mat has a totally smooth or textured finish? Its looks textured, or is that just a trick of the high-quality printing?

I like how well it brings out uneven ground.

Hi skirmisher. The mat is slightly textured but not smooth. It’s a soft fleece make and very durable which allows you to place hills beneath it. It’s a nice mat and I would highly recommend it. It’s very soft to the touch.
