Death in the Rif
« on: September 01, 2009, 12:58:25 AM »
Just to let you know that Rif Raf Miniatures, along with Falkirk Wargames Club, will be putting on a public participation game at 'Border Reiver', Newcastle (UK) on the 5th of September.  The scenario is set during the Rif War in the 1920's and involves the Spanish trying to retake a block house that is being held by the Rif.  The block house itself, has been lovingly created by Dave 'the builder' Burns. It would be really great to see or meet some of you and put names to faces :)  We will also be at 'The Other Partizan', Newark (UK) on the following day,the 6th of September.

Tally Ho!!!

Yes Bjorn, I'll definitely be taking photos at the shows to place here on the forum.  We were playing a final test game at our club last night and ironed out a couple of 'little' things in the rules (which are very quick and easy).  All in all, we're hoping people will find it a fun game...and not take it too seriously :)  By the way, I received your email and I'll get back to you within the next day or so...just been caught up with the realities of life lol :)
