My first SAGA mini - Alfred the great

Hi all,

I found myself needing to step away from painting colonials for the day and lucky dipped into the mini box, happily I found a new in blister Gripping beast 28mm Alfred the great.

I spent around 3 hours on this, focusing mainly on the cloak and under shirt as I need to learn how to shade better.

Fairly happy with the result, I think it was a fun figure to paint and I'm seriously considering venturing into the dark ages.
