...One day I want to organize a Stunty Leeg of gobbos, snotlings, halflings, and nothing more!

My Goblin team would be all for a shorter league! lol

I've had them for well over a decade, and they never even pulled off a draw, let alone a win ::) Pogo sticks, chainsaws, bombs, fanatics and trolls throwing team mates across the pitch are too much fun not to play them though... :D
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...
Find a Way, or make one!

Thanks for the comments.  Decided to tone down the blue a little as was rather electric.  Next Orc

The changes to the rules I think are relatively minor.  The major ones are:
The stats have been restated in terms of target (ie Agility is 4+ instead of 3)
They have added in a passing stat
You can use more than 1 re-roll per turn

There are some changes to skills and things as well I think.  This is to be taken with a pinch of salt though as the last edition of Blood Bowl I bought was the first with the cardboard stand ups!

Re: Any love for Blood Bowl? Black Orc Team Name

Next pose:

The silver lines on its head are a weird lighting artefact rather than paint.

i'm struggling with a team name.  The LA Rams doesn't really lend itself to a pun name.  The best I've come up with are the La La Land Rammers, Hollywood Hellions, Compton Crushers, La Breah Bruisers, Beverly Hills Brawlers and Mullholland Maulers.  Any suggestions?

Remind me of a good old Ork team I once had. They wore black-and-gold livery with a thunderbolt logo. Team was named "Akka Dakka"  :D ;D :D

How about "Da Blu Thunda!"

Well the basic team are pretty much complete.

Three latest black orcs

And the first three

Need to pimp their bases a little to make them more like the astrogranite.  Also need to add stripes to the shorts of three of the orcs and perhaps add some decorations to the shoulder pads.

They all look great, fantastic painting, well done , but...also...you b*st8rd! Now I will have to star painting BB minis again! I got BB2 for Christamas and it has stayed in the box because I have so many other projects on the go! I have been very disciplined and very well behaved but this! ...this is too much
I have a bad case of prescient nostalgia. The future's not what it used to be.

Ha, ha!  Thanks for the comment.  I have to say I really enjoyed putting paint to these.  I think the limited number and limited pallet because of the uniform really helped.  So once one was painted there was really very little dithering sitting there thinking "what colour should I paint this?" since they all follow a similar pattern.

A dice tower for blood bowl.  It was a quick MDF project jazzed up with some adverts.  Also doubles as a score board with magnetised numbers and magnetised the spare team tokens

Thanks

Here's the trained troll.  A rather silly model and also has a terrible weak point on the ankle which broke and had to be pinned.  Unfortunately I didn't get it quite straight and he has an even more drunken appearance.

The Hitchwood Halfwits are getting prepared to take to the field

I am really loving these sculpts.  Totally hopeless as a team but very fun to paint.  It took me a while to figure out the animal in his trousers was a ferret.  The squirrel was fun to paint as well.

Still need basing and to be joined by their comrades.

"Is that a ferret in your pants or are you just happy to get stomped flat by every other player on the opposing team?"

 lol

I do like Halflings as a team, but dear me are they hopeless at the actual game. Worse than goblins, probably worse than ogre/snotling teams.
