Fear of the Dark " The Indian Mound"
« on: March 11, 2021, 06:08:53 PM »

The new Solo skirmish game Fear the Dark grabbed   me to  get a copy and try it out, it a Lovecraft world game facing the terrors of the master of horror himself. Written by David Suki it is  a fast narrative skirmish game. As many know i have quite a few beings, monsters and other things in my collection. So after a few reads and working out some characters I decided to play the Indian mound Scenario. my investigators have located a long past burial ground in the deep woods and  realize to there horror that the woods are actually moving to attack them......

Goodness gracious, Mr Patel, I always thought we should have traditionally cremated Aunty Gupta. Burial is not wise with Indians if this is what happens afterwards!

The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

Looks great fun.

Very nice array of figures & other 'Thingsssss'.

The chap in the dark clothing somewhat reminds of Barnabas Collins the Vamypre from 'DarkShadows' :)

Quite possibly a fitting character if so, with another of his pact schemes going awry, & his mewling minion cowering at his side  lol
