Warlord's Epic Battle series...Warmaster?

I played a bit of Warmaster back in the day, and this new release from Warlord looks similar to me. Any idea if it's a similar system or how it generally plays? How long it takes? How many units per side for a good game, etc?

The warlord game includes the Black Powder rules - which while having some heritage from Warmaster - aren’t that similar.

There are loads of Black Powder games out there - so you should be able to find battle reports or videos to give you a feel for how it plays.

Our group which played loads of Warmaster was not a fan of BP for ACW.
