Thanks everybody  :)

Only you could come up with that name :)

Wait until you see the last pack in this release... Dammit! I should have tried to name all of them after bands lol

Too bad the guy with the montero hat. He will loose its head... >:D

Thanks Rui. I know what you mean. I think the montero is probably the most ridiculous looking hat of all time, and I've resisted including any so far. I'm sure for re-enactors they keep your ears warm, and they are a practical and cheap form of headgear. But I do wonder if they were really as popular in the actual era, as re-enactors would have us believe... And yes, yes, I know all about the document showing the King's Oxford army ordering ten million royal blue monteros, or whatever it was... But, one piece of evidence does not gospel make ;)
Anyway, I've let one through this time, to try to keep everybody happy lol
(As you say, easy enough to swap to a different head from the sprue of separate heads...)

Another 2 superb sets to look forward to Richard - this really is a lovely range. I'm still hoarding mine until I know what I'm going to do with them!

Thanks Kerry. Don't leave it too long or you'll have an insurmountable mountain to climb! ;)

Some suitable buildings would go well with them wouldn’t they  ;)

Oh you are such a tease... Just tell them about our new range, 'Bloody Buildings' ;) lol

Just that i dont want to include it on my portuguese force. No evidence that it was used here in Portugal. If i was making english troops i´m sure i would use it. :)
The face of that figure is briliant as well as the others so i may scratch the montero and sculp a head scarf. ;)

Cant wait to see the last pack…the women and dragoons are awesome!     Must get me some of those.

I had a replica made by Ron Curly of a littlecote dragon carbine, my favourite weapon.   You’ve just reminded me it needs a new frizzen though! Lol

Here you go then... Your wish is my command  ;)

And finally for Bloody Release 4, introducing The Village People - a band of angry country folk wielding improvised agricultural weapons, ready to defend their homes, farms and families from the depredations of soldiers serving either King or Parliament.
The 'clubmen' became a third force in the English Civil War - local defence vigilantes, banding together in significant numbers to protect their localities against the excesses of the marching armies of both sides.
Open-handed to accept four different improvised agricultural weapons. Or indeed other weapons if you prefer. (Our existing separate weapons pack provides plenty of other options :))

The peasants are revolting! These should be ready for riot by mid-September, along with the rest of this release...

Lovely - I might just but 2 packs of the village people and see if I can find anybody that models electric guitars for one pack!
I am so tempted! :D

I've really been looking forward to the Dismounted Cuirassier and I have not been disappointed! I will do my usual order of two of everything but I think I'll add an extra pack of the Cuirassier so I can have two units for Pikeman's Lament (will count as Forlorn Hope w/Aggressive).
