Here are a few head swaps using some of the new soft-hatted separate heads from the latest Bloody release.

I've used a couple of broad brimmed hats on a couple of the Bloody Scots figures to create two new ruffianly moss troopers. And the two montero-wearing heads to convert one of the Night Watch figures and one of the Storming Party (even though I hate monteros, I think they suit them

).
These are straight head swaps with a very minimal amount of making good with Green Stuff around the collar and hair.
I've also swapped two pistol-holding hands onto two of these...

It's always surprising how a simple change of head can completely alter the character of a figure

The heads are really good. The faces are excellent - Nick's always are - and the brims of the hats and the peaks of the monteros are nice and thin. Personally, I think nothing looks worse on a figure than a hat with a really thick brim - something you see quite a lot on older figures.
