I think that with the blister of the swordsmen, it will be possible to make musketeers of the king, and change some heads to take the same ones to make guards of the Cardinal.
After that it will be necessary to find a manufacturer who makes the Cardinal of Richelieu....

Yes, here are a few more pictures of the forthcoming casualties... Perfect for vignettes, for use as tabletop markers for disordered or dismayed units, or just to seed through your regiments to add a little extra battlefield grit and character.

Mixed weapons, not just drawn rapiers, but definitely swashbuckling. TYW / continental guard types who’ll also serve as additional officers, gentlemen, mercenaries and so on in an ECW setting. They're dressed in French style casaques, lacy collars, riding boots, and broad brimmed hats with feathers.
They may even bring to mind a certain set of characters from classic literature, but they have many uses beyond that. Perfect for any early/mid-C17th skirmish game in fact

I particularly like the standing figure in hat with shouldered firearm from the Casualties pack. He looks quite piratical (is that a word?). He should fit in well with my 1898 Spanish

! Actually, Brian is talking about converting him into a mounted figure.

Here's the third pack in the next release... 'The Veterans'

A party of grizzled old pros, scar-faced, eye-patched, unshaven - skirmishing in the streets perhaps; storming a gate; defending a bridge; or clearing a manor house of delinquents.
Dismounted troopers or dragoons, regular and irregular, these fellows ooze competence, experience and bravado.
Armed to the teeth with carbines, pistols and grenadoes, they're the lads to get the job done.
