What about Koryu v Bandits? Is that a good game? I see there's a little campaign put together by the author for these two.

I would say yes, this should be fun. The lack of armor makes the Koryu vulnerable against shooting, but they are superior in close combat. Depends on scenario played and terrain (as always).

That should play okay, if you don't have too many ranged weapons with the bandits.  Both factions have a dearth of armor, and Koryu will win in close combat.
