25mm Samurai Building ID - Hovels?

I saw this building on a Legends of Nippon blog being used for 25mm Dixon minis and it has all the hallmarks of design known to Hovels, but it doesn't seem to be among Hovels very limited catalog. Can anyone identify it for me?

I don't think it's John Jenkins. Looks too tall and cartoony. Like most of Hovels stuff. 

I think you may be right manic_miner. The roof looks close.
