Working on the stretch goals for the 1066 Kickstarter. One of the sets will be Noble Ladies. If you have any High Born Ladies of the period thoughts please let me know them.

She looks very interesting!

As for other ladies, things that would be interesting to have would be a proper old lady, and perhaps also a pregnant one. That gives a fair bit of variety and also makes for interesting additions to scenarios.

In this period, I could suggest Havoise of Brittany, but I'm biased...

I’m preparing the Stretch Goals this coming week before launch. There will be the 5 High Born Ladies which will be previewed through sketches and a 5 fig Clergy set. Here are the first two from that, still being worked on but shpuld be finished before launch.

They are standard 28mm which compare well in size with Gripping Beast, Footsore and Warlord.

The 1066 Kickstarter preview page is now live for everyone. I’ll be adding more pictures of the sets and doing the stretch goal illustrations over the next week. Take a look and please share if you to help get the word out.

The models are excellent and I’m really tempted to pledge. However, I’m afraid that postage, customs etc. to my home in the EU (Germany) might be a dealbreaker.

I can only suggest that when it comes to shipping that you will have the option of choosing surface mail. This is about half the cost of airmail, it just takes about two months to reach the EU.

We will be keeping the declared value of the shipments on the low side as well.

Thank you. Surface mail is perfect for me as well. I have no need to have everything arrive very quickly given the already existing pile of shame.

Some ideas for civilian costumes.

BTW, I love your style, Bob. Your sculpting is superb. I have lots in my collection and I hope to keep adding! Perhaps your KS will inspire some Anglo-Norman building projects!

Surface mail works fine for me. That would be a very much appreciated option!
