backing up the forum

i wasn't sure where to put this but after the recent demise of TLA i decided it was maybe a good idea to back up the forum somehow?

i don't know what people will think or how hard it would be but i have a few questions on these matters

a)is it worth it?
b) could we do it
c) would it cost/ would we be willing to support it?
and something to think about

we have all been pissed off when the forums crash for some reason. maybe this can help?

TLA is the last alliance forum, it was a forum with a wealth of articles which was probably one of the biggest on earth (warming related) which ranged from amateur to pro and has now been deleted entirely due to crappy forum hosts.

seriously if you couldn't find it on TLA then it wasn't worth looking for.
