The first "gang" is the POLICE:
top to bottom: the sergeant, hacker with drone, special agent, two normal agents

Some lovely sculpts and brushwork there. Quality camera work too. I think I like the Yaks the best, although the police are very close.

Expect we'll see some of these over in Stargrave and its kinfolk too.

I've clearly played too much Shadowrun over the years, whenever I see "normal" cyberpunk stuff it feels like something's missing with none of the fantasy races around. I wonder, given the tech available and the acceptance of radical body modification in society, would a "real" cyberpunk setting have people who choose to be cosmetically resculpted into elves or orks or whatever? Maybe the trend is even inspired by some old TTRPG from the 80s?
