Thanks for the kind comments.

Here are some goblins.

A trio of archers from Ral Parth Europe, by Heartbreaker Miniatures and sculpted by Kev Adams. Highly recommended and go perfectly with the Citadel range by the same guy.
My armies:
- Henry VIII's army (WIP) 15mm
- Ancient Germans (28mm)
- Ancient Belgae (Gauls with German allies) (28mm)
- Massilian Greeks (Greeks and Gallic mercenaries/subjects) (28mm)
- A few EI Romans (28mm)
- Handful of WW2 British (15mm)
- A load of old 1993-1999ish Warhammer Orcs and Goblins

And two more, the left another Heartbreaker figure, the right one is by Alternative Armies.

Thanks Pattus Magnus!

Here’s another interesting one from Alternative Armies. These are rangy fellows, with ‘witchy’ noses and chins. I like the movement in this sculpt, and the fact he is quite 3D in that he isn’t sculpted across a single plane with his body square on and weapon above his head like so many others tend to be.

A couple of the Warmonger Miniatures mercenary orcs.

I’m working towards a unit of 15 of these, with a focus on the polearm wielding guys for a landsknecht pike block style effect.

Beautiful. I must paint my heartbreaker goblins. Who designed the warmonger orcs?

Thanks guys.

Who designed the warmonger orcs?

I don't know but they are some of my favourite orcs! I like the individuality of each figure and the fact they are named. I hope they look okay ranked up as a unit as they are a tight fit on 25mm bases and there isn't much uniformity of pose.

Alternative Armies goblin wolf riders.

I like these guys and think the wolves are good models - my favourite of the ones available at present, although they are a bit small compared to the Citadel plastics that make up the bulk of my wolf models.

I painted the fellow with mace for an alternative Heroquest commission. Those goblins sure are nice.

Nice wolf on the wolf riders! I recently painted a copy of the wolf rider with the spear. It’s a cool figure and wearing a dead crow on his helmet makes a statement.

I worked for Alternative Armies & Harlequin in the 90s, I knew all these figures very well.

Thanks for the comments  :)

Pattus Magnus: yes, the crow is cool - I didn’t initially realise what it was and when I did I thought it was good to see something a bit different!
