Stakes, and all the trimmings
« on: June 23, 2022, 06:01:03 AM »
New blog post on vignettes I have created to liven up the 17th century swinefeather bases I recently produced.  These have used  28mm figures and equipment from a mix of manufacturers. I’ve also started to think about the rules to use for the swinefeathers. More thoughts and pictures on the blog here:

Nice!

An idea that I will happily steal - if not quite for the same time frame.  But a good idea is a good idea.  Such stakes were used at many times in many battle situations.  I love that your added bits add to the story of the game.

Well done, sir.

Cheers, Fifteens, much appreciated 👍.  I was happily copying the idea from, I think, Atheling who had done something similar for his HYW English Archers.  ;)

Great additions

Thanks, Fred 👍

Nicely done  :)

Thank you, Oshiro 👍

Cheers, SI, just trying to get some action shots.👍  I must get one of those sky background things - a grassy hill as a background will only work for so long I think  lol

Quite superb, really lovely work, now to pore over your blog! :)

Thanks, Jambo - hope you find some interesting tidbits on the  Blog 👍
