Well having recently been inspired by Tactical Painter, V, and Moiterei's work in 20mm I decided to grab some AB Figures and give it a go. Nuff said - the figures are amazing in both quality and pose. They are a delight to paint.

A weeks worth of work with another batch shortly to be completed.

Exquisite work, painting of the figs and the basing.
Your color choices on the fall camo are spot on and the blended helmet cover is really well done.

Fantastic work. Much better than m efforts.

Thanks Gents the comments are appreciated.

More progress, and enough gun teams complete that the first CoC section is complete (for a PzGr Plt)

Those do look terrific. When I moved back from Oz, I left all my 20mm behind, and everyone else here was doing 28mm, so I started collecting 28mm. I see the AB figures and wish I hadn't...

Lovely painting coupled with great sculpts is a winning combination.

Cheers Shahbahraz - I've pretty much decided to go with the AB figures for gaming, in 20mm (CoC) but will carry on painting in 28mm just for the fun of it. I'm more a figure painter than gamer, so it works for me.

Just received my first figures from Adler Miniatures and I am very impressed. I ordered the last required troopers for my late war Germans, but could not resist getting a pack of US Airborne in order to start building the next CoC platoon. Primed and ready for some paint.

I can't wait to get to these later in the week

Senior Leader is painted - I think I'm happy with him, but might yet strip him back and paint again.

Amazing work on these Pete, really well done.

I love pea dot camouflage, you've really done it justice here and following up with some great colour choices for the yanks, makes this a stand out project.

Thank you for sharing

Cheers

Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.

That’s some most excellent work on display, Pete! Your take on the camo is excellent and of course I do applaud your decision to go 20mm as well.

Those US Airborne are really excellent, may I ask what colours you have used, as I reckon they are spot on?
