It’s done like a decal. As mentioned the image is a free download. Download the jpeg and then put it into a document and reverse the image. Print on an inkjet printer. Glue it printed side down with PVA. Once dry wet the paper and slowly rub it off with your finger. The image should reveal itself positive side up on the building looking like it does in my pictures. It won’t be perfect and will look a bit faded and worn, which is the look you want anyway.

Tried that but din't work it either just totally disintegrated or just left the glue with no colour? Is it just normal paper you used?

Hmmmm, I’ve only done it the once after someone showing it on Twitter. I used very diluted PVA, but don’t know if that’s the secret ingredient or not. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
