The Witcher and Elric I recognize, but the other two are eluding me.  Some prats from GoT maybe?

Does Geralt have a second (empty) scabbard on his back, or is he just carrying a spare sword around for the fun of it?

Poor Elric seems very hunched over for a tall, slender Melnibonean, although it might just be the angle of the photo.  Perhaps he's thrown his back out trying to swing that pigsticker...er, Stormbringer one handed like that?  "By Arioch, my sciatica!  Moonglum, bring the linament!"

I do like the boneboys and their boss doing the Hamlet impression.  Don't guess the musician's getting much sound out of that thing with no lungs and all, though.  :)

Ah, that's a skull helmet with its faceplate up, not a weird pirate hat then.  Gotcha.

Took me a moment to realize you meant "Peck with an acorn" Willow and not "red-headed teenage assistant monster hunter" Willow.

Cracking stuff. The skellies look like they're having a blast.
Waiter, my soup is giggling.

Who is the "tyrant king" supposed to be? There's Geralt, General Kael, and Elric.

My guess was Casiodorus Rex from Dragonslayer, but it doesn't quite match.

The Tyrant King is inspired by Cromwell from The Sword and the Sorcerer.

Looking at the online images, he certainly is.  Never saw that particular bit of 80s cheese.  Perhaps I'll remedy that, it sounds like Hawk the Slayer levels of enjoyably terrible.

Thanks! That looks like an interesting bit of '80s schlock.

Quoting the blurb on the site...
Quote
Tragic Hero! Found on a parapet staring off into the distance with nothing but a sentient sword, a melancohnic mood and a wind machine!

I think the wind machine is on 'Eleven'.

Hey, it worked for Spinal Tap.

Even he's on a parapet it still looks more like he's staring into the moat than off into the distance.  Perhaps his latest unfortunate lover has tumbled off the castle to a watery demise.
