Flagstone Chariot Base - ID?

I'm wondering if anyone can ID this Flagstone Chariot Base? I found it, and a bunch of other great flagstone bases on The Loot Room, but it's unclear if these are THEIR product, or are they just carrying them? Or I should say.... WERE carrying them. They're all out of stock with a expected re-stock due in....... drumroll.... 2013!!

Anyway, there's no indication of who the manufacturer was, and I can't find anything similar in a Google search.

I recognize the design from a formerly local player...not sure if they're still in the area or not, but they'd used it for a tomb kings chariot.

I don't think they're being made anymore...a lot of places making the square/rectangular bases discontinued them when Warhammer Fantasy ended with Age of Sigmar going to round bases

Thanks SotF. I heard back from The Loot Room and they told me they were made at one time by Secret Weapon Miniatures. But they no longer have these in their catalog either so I guess they're OOP.

Has anyone seen anything close?
