Bluewillows Big Battalion Napoleonic Update 3/7/2021
« on: 12 June 2021, 11:32:10 AM »
This year I will be adding more French, Allies plus some more Prussians , Russians and Austrians to my collection. I also have started to rebase everything onto my current old basing convention, so some of my 20 odd year old infantry and cavalry figures will be touched up and rebased over the next year.

Kicking off the year with some new completed French Generals. My General de Brigade stands are 50mm rounds mdf bases, all figures are 28mm Elite Miniatures, which have a certain charm, and make up the majority of my 1800-1809 collection.

Cheers
Matt

Nice one Matt - still keeping the faith. I'm painting up several battalions of British for an expansion to my Peninsular army and even ordered some Portuguese from Nathan.

We always return to Napoleonics.

yes that is the truth, even toying with a third cuirassier brigade now.....although I think my painting is good enough to finally do my guard cavalry, so Gendarmes d'elite this month too.

Often under represented in the French armies on the Napoleonic battlefield too.
