Looking great.
Interesting experiment with washes v speed paints. I'm guessing speed paints are on the right in your first photo?
I prefer the figures on the left personally, but there's not a lot in it.

Finished 2 units of Norman medium infantry. Left unit is rebased Conquest Games from my first Saga Army with 2 command models added. Left unit is new and contains a mix of 2nd hand minis, most I think from Foundry?

Finished rebasing the rest of my archers and a unit of crossbows for my Normans. Some of the archers where from my original SAGA army. If you look back through this project you will see that one unit of archers was originally skirmishers for my Anglo-Saxon army. I replaced them with slingers and put them in the Norman army instead. 1 more unit of Crossbows with complete the ranged units for my Normans.

Finished my 2nd unit of Retainers or Breton allied cavalry for my Normans. Horse and bodies are from Gripping Beast Dark Age cavalry while the heads are from Victrix Anglo-Saxons.

Had several command and character models left over from different packs so put them together to make a Norman command vignette. About half the minis are from North Star, half from Perry, and one from Gripping Beast.

Last of my Cavalry. Gripping Beast dark age cavalry with Victrix Anglo-Saxon heads and a mix of shields. Using them as Bretons allied with the Normans.
