Thanks for the answer regarding the gnolls. Couldn't have said it better. ^^

Gnoll fans have to help each other out, right?  :)

Maybe should have added that fans of Ben Siens who do 15mm scale fantasy will find a slew of his work at Splintered Light's site.  His "hyena-men" over there are just as nice as their larger 28mm cousins, and his other stuff lives up to the same high standards (particularly the giants).  Underappreciated sculptor IMO.

Unfortunatly it's quite difficult to find these miniatures now, especially here in germany... yet, sometimes there is someone who sells some.

I hear that.  Still regretting not getting more Chainmail when it was on blowout sales after the game was cancelled.  The DDM game was a huge step down in terms of quality.

The Beholder is a 3d print. The stls are made by Artisan Guild and can purchased through "myminifactory" in a set or alone:

Those are quite nice, hadn't seen them before.  So much printable stuff coming out I just can't keep up with everything.  The "eye ray" bits are an interesting touch, can they be printed separately?

Love the mind flayer with the "hypnotic spiral" effect, jibes with the "psionic domination" thing better than the more generic energy effects on the other ones IMO.

While we are talking about the set, here is the Umber Hulk:

Interesting take on the critter.  Can't decide if they were inspired by Popeye or a Khador warjack, but it does paint up well.

Very nice painting work. I have ordered this set from Crocked Dice, and I´m now looking for information and ideas, so your painting is very useful!

so many wonderfully bizarre figures in the Hordesmachine ranges - and you've done full justice to those. Excellent.

I have these and you’ve given me an idea now. My FLGS has 7TV. Wonder if any good. Seems to be good incentive for you and your lead pile which you’re doing a great job with.
