Anyone know where I can 28mm decal posters for building ww2
Any help would be great thanks

Not sure about decal posters, but a Google image search for "WW2 posters" find a whole slew of them.  You might just save 'em, re-size them appropriately in something like MS Paint, print 'em, and glue them to your buildings, walls, etc.

Just a suggestion....

Don't worry too much about the size of the posters either, as they were printed in a range of sizes.
