Cannot say I blame you, but the less said on that subject, the better...

Nice work with those Jawas, they look the part.
 8) 8)

The Rebels look good too. I did something similar using plastic WotC Heads as I had a bunch of them lying around, but those Mel heads look great.

Great job on the Jawas; their most defining characteristic is glowing eyes and yours really stand out.
If my wife asks, I only spent half as much as I wanted to...

Thx people!

I've added some more flyers to the project:

All Revell kits, but although the scale on the box of the X-Wing and Vader's TIE fighter was supposed to be the same, the pilots were obviously not:

The spaceships all fit together well enough with Legion and Imperial Assault miniatures (I think).

Built a couple of landspeeders for my Rebels and as general purpose civilian vehicles.

A truck:

A pick-up truck:

And an improvised tank:

More miniatures painted. This time Loor scouts from CP models.

I intend to use them as Rebel infantry, unaligned natives or gang members, or even mercenaries hired by the Empire.

I know my painting skills are no match for yours or the likes of Michi or Agis, but for me painting figures is a relaxing way to spend an evening and take my mind off work. For the most part I'm happy with the results.

Anyway, some more rebels and a few characters:

Ah, don't put yourself down, your guys look like wonderful toys and put a big smile on my face. They feel like perfect vintage 'Star Wars' to me and make me feel like I'm a kid again.
