I haven't been able to ferret out information on the actual size of these figures, are they 28mm toe-to-eye?

Gringo40s' Napoleonic Personalities?

Belt Fed Gaming's Novelty Girls?
(Female Napoleonic characters are scarce enough that I can correct the unfortunate wardrobe malfunctions with some carving and paint.)
