Great conversions.  If there wasn’t a specific use for them in a game then I would use them with my artillery batteries so they could be setting up gabions etc.  I have used pioneers in some of my TYW/ECW games to help remove defences and/or obstacles like hedges.  I give the defences a number of hit points, and then the pioneers have to knock off these hit points in ‘melee’ .

Marvelous.  At first glance looks like a group of reenactors, rather than miniatures !
