M36 Trubia-Naval "Euskadi" in 1:35 or 1:48
« on: September 18, 2009, 06:38:03 AM »
Hi

I recently stumbled into the  M36 Trubia-Naval "Euskadi" made by  Black Army
what a wonderful model!

however, I would be also interested to have it in a bigger scale for "expanded use"

so, does anyone know of a bigger scaled version?
preferably 1:35 or 1:48 (or whatever) in plastic?

if you paint the flowers to scale it could be an innovative summer design...

The only other one I'm aware of is in 20mm, unfortunately.

Sorry. I'm told there's also one in 15mm, but you're looking for "bigger" stuff.

Glad you like our model, though. I doubt it'd be available in a larger scale. It's an extremely obscure piece, and at any rate, only specialist modellers would be interested in it outside the wargaming community, which means you probably wouldn't see it in 1/35 or 1/48 except in very expensive "limited editions" or perhaps in garage kits.

The one we have is designed to scale up fine with 28mm figs.

I hoped some obscure polish or czech manufacturer

your model is wonderful
and if I played SCW or anything interwar, it would certainly be an option
I need the bigger one for conversion to a "standin" for 40K

Your best bet is prolly a scratch-build. I've never seen one beyond BAP.

The Doc's already blown the whistle on this one. Speaking of Cologne, there's an exchange student from there here. She's very nice. ;)
