Great, imposing looking figure! The knight taking it on alone seems a little over-optimistic  ;)

The last of my planned large single model additions to the woodland army. A massive Tree Spirit, he comes in at just over 160mm tall, so is huge compared to the previous ones, (the tallest being 70-80mm).

He is a 3D print, the same design as I have added before (printed by Dr De’Ath ). I wanted this one to stand out (more than he does anyway,)  with extra branches and foliage. I was originally going to drill and add some fuse wire branches textured with Greenstuff but realised I still had some left over pieces from my GW Dryad sprues that would do the job just as well and a lot quicker.

A look though the spares box found sufficient to add ten extra branches. Once glued I strengthened and textured the bonds with some Greenstuff. He was painted with a combination of five different washes of GW contrast paints and two different dry brushes.  I am really pleased with the finished model. Let’s see how he does in a game of Dragon Rampant. :)

As you see he is mahoosive!  lol

What a stunning miniature. I had an instant reaction of "I must get that mini"! Outstanding paint job, you really made the wood 'pop'. Loving this log.

Great paint job on such a large mini. He will certainly get everyone's attention on the game board.

Yep, I suspect he’ll be a magnet for archers, wizards and everyone else 😂
