Beautiful work and lovely shading. What scale are they? The dryad looks like 10mm Forest Dragon.

Thank you.

Everything is 28mm. The Dryads are mostly GW, the Dryad personalities are Reaper, the Dwarves are Hasslefree. The large Tree Ents were 3D sculpts printed out at different sizes. Nothing is 10mm.

12 Sprites/Pixies from Eureka Miniatures to round out my woodland force.

I’m not entirely happy with how they came out. I rushed them somewhat using contrast paints. I ended repainting the swords and loin clothes. The flesh isn’t perfect but they’ll do en masse.

A comparison shot showing their size against a Hasslefree Dwarf and a Crusader Miniatures knight.

Just caught up with this thread, some great work!

I really like projects that start off historical and then shade off into fantasy like this one, and am gradually doing something similar with my 16th C English Civil War/Thirty Years War collection.

The 3d printed tree beasts a few pages back are fantastic - do you remember where the 3d files came from? (if you posted that, I missed it, apologies!)

Thanks for the comments folks.

Dr De'Ath kindly printed them for me, I'll ask him if he can remember where he found the files.

Really liking this project Nick. I love how people take the rules in their own direction.
