They look fantastic.  Quite intimidating as a crew.

Bloody hell!!
That is one bunch of scientists that you would not want to mess with, especially Professor Negan on the left, I have heard he is a little unpredictable!

Only just caught up on these, very nicely done. Very realistic looking suits. :)

A great looking project.   The playground and dead tourist will definitely bring an apocalyptic atmosphere to the table.

Thanks again for all the comments.

Been adding some markers and hazards to the setup.

Some Barrels, some Oil Drums and some 'Aggressive Flora' in the form of some seed pods that have been 'repurposed'

Excellent stuff - absolutely stealing your Red Forest for my Zone.
I really hope you're planning some anomaly markers, so I can steal those as well.

Those look like the Patrick Miniatures haz-mat scientists?
I ordered some of the zombie versions - beware the hands, not thier best feature.
I decided to remove the dangling innards (skeletal heads but still have the squishy bits?) and found the 3d resin was very hard, so any alterations need a bit of thought - after I snapped the leg off the first one of course...

Are those Gum Tree seed pods?  Not a bad idea. Reminder  to self: all good ideas are stolen.
With the abundance of pumpkins at this time of year, pumpkin stems once dried make unusual bad forest scatter terrain pieces. Their flat base allows the stems to be erected on a large base. Once enough stems are deployed, a creepier place is hard to find.

Yes, they're the same Hazmat scientists that Patrick Miniatures sell, I have the files to print them so I was able to reverse a few poses during the printing to get more variation.

As to the anomalies - here's a couple of pictures - all are 3d prints from files available on Thingiverse
