How is it pronounced and in what language? I'm assuming German or am I way off?

Ah yes, that's a variant of English known as idiot English, characterised by random letters, misspellings and diverse other typos. Idiot English is practiced by clumsy people like me who have big fingers and were educated at a time when keyboards did not exist
