fabulous.
Invidious to pick anything out really, but particularly love Kingpin's suit.

Thank you! :) To be honest, I've been so looking forward to painting him. Then I learned that he's supposed to wear w hite suit. :D But it still was fun.

got to admit I don't know much about 'superheroes' post the 'silver / (early) bronze' age comics.

so types like the 'Punisher' seem like something else, and getting a bit close to Mr. Miller's mindset for me ... but ain't seen the movie mentioned, so should shut-up!

in tandem with the Kingpin's suit, Cage's denims are just astonishingly well done.

... But it all is, so ...

I saved the kingpin as an example of the white I would like to be able to paint. Any suggestions on how to do that? A 200 step video tutorial perhaps?  lol

@Bloggard: Cheers, I really enjoy painting denim clothes. Anything that has a texture makes me happy. Because especially plastic figures and ESPECIALLY digital sculpts often tend to lack that.

@syrinx0: That suit very much is the result of a "less is more" approach. Looking at the guy, he's basically ...well, a round shape. So lighter/brighter on top, right down to the equator, less bright below that, and then some slight shades/highlights on the folds. That would be the general approach. I wouldn't even mess around with washes or anything, that only leads to splodges. (in fact, I clumsily managed to produce a splodge on his sleeve or something, which was rahter laboursome to neaten up again). And as always when dealing with large surfaces: If you feel desperation kicking in, paint some details like the buttons, block out the skin parts and the black shirt (even highlight the black shirt if you want) and so on to get a better perspective of what the big (in this case white) surface looks like. All of a sudden little imperfections will mostly disappear because the eye is drawn to the contrast point/other colours.

This time I got a bunch of Baddies. Baron Zemo, Red Skull, Juggernaut and Ronan the Accuser.

hope you like them!
